Interview
I applied online and took 2 exams one over the internet and another at the interview.
The test were the same except that on the interview they'll record your voice see if you can be easily understood. The face to face interview was fairly easy. Questions were about past experience, and What if this scenario happens? How would you handle this situation? Tell me a time when you did the extra mile to help a customer.
Those sort of question, and don't worry about the scenarios they are not extreme situations.

Interview
Interview is set up online as part of the application process. Interviewer has a script asking mostly questions about handling customer service issues. Make sure to get specifics about what kind of schedules they are talking about. Most new hires are put into a split shift and work nights and weekends. No daytime hours available.
