DISH Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Overall took about a week. I applied online and was called the same day for a phone interview. was immediately scheduled for an in-person interview two days later on a Friday. was given a tour of the center and then led to the office for the interview. Was a quick interview, might have taken 10 minutes. Had an offer by the following Wednesday.

I got a phone interview that asked me 10 questions and then one I passed the phone interview they called me back and offered me one on one and a couple of days later I went to dish network and they asked me how I could handle the pace could I handle angry people and then they let me know I passed the one on one and personalty test that I need to come in a fill out paper work and take the 5 fake phone calls. The experience was awesome I loved my job I loved my customers ei jus had personal issues that cased me to miss to many days
