DISH Product Manager interview questions

Disgusting. applied way back in Dec 2019. got a call from HR representative in March 2020. 5 min call. Asked me to complete a questionnaire. Dont know how can a questionnaire judge a candidate with 20 yrs of experience. Waited for 2 weeks. no response. just happened to check my account. It said Not selected. Wish they had the basic etiquette to atleast send an email. Seemed it was just a namesake interview process. They already has a candidate selected and my interview seemed a formalilty

Went down to the office for four hours of in-person interviews. Was rejected 3 days later via an automated email. Never had any direct contact with the hiring manager other than the actual interview. Everything was done through the recruiter. Was not given a tour of the building or even shown the area where I would be working. Very impersonal and unprofessional.
