The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Danaher (New York, NY)
Interview
Hiring Manager has a history of misleading candidates in the interview process and HR seems to beg you to take a terrible job with a discriminatory company and incompetent management.
Met with 2 different EAs in the office to discuss role responsibilities and potential personnel fit. Standard question and answer, no skills or competency tests, gave brief overview of company and culture.

Question 1
How do you stay organized (what tools do you use)?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Danaher in Jan 2022
Interview
I found the position on LinkedIn and applied through the Danaher website. A recruiter reached out asking to schedule an initial interview. They asked for my availability later that week which I responded, then nothing... I wasn't in a rush so I waited a week then reminded them. They responded trying to coordinate with the availability I'd provided for the week earlier. They caught their mistake and emailed again asking for a fresh set of availability.
On the day of, the recruiter was running a few minutes late. After a brief hello they launched into a rapid narrative about the job. It was so rushed and it felt as though they were trying to wrap it up as quickly as possible.
By the end of the interview we'd established that I met the criteria and they were interested in taking me to the next stage. The recruiter was going to reach out by the end of that week with next steps. I never heard from them again.
