Very behavioral / situational based. Interview did not focus on how you could actually do the job. Met with a broad team and many interviewers asked the same questions as the previous interviewer. Come prepared to answer how you handle conflicts, organizing yourself, a struggle you overcame. Remember to provide real life examples and outcomes.

Danaher flew me into their corporate office for 4 back to back interviews. It was somewhat exhausting, but very thorough. I met with several HR employees as well as the hiring manager. The interviews were fair and they asked questions that helped identify the practical experience need for the job.
