Back-to-back interview, you have to do interview with two recruiters one by one. The first one asks you the general behavior questions, the second will ask you questions based on your resume. The second recruiter will pick some interesting points from the resume and ask you to describe them. Those recruiters are generous and make you feel good in the interview.

1st round- on campus, back-to-back, 2 interviews, one focus on past experience, one focus on behavior questions. 2nd round- on site, 3 interviewers, all high-level managers, all behavioral questions. A cocktail reception is before the 2nd round interview, you can meet almost all interviewers for the interview.
