The interview process was absolutely tedious mainly due to the talent acquisition/senior recruiter's ineptitude. The process seemed like an efficient one when I received a set of screening questions three days after my online application. However, what followed was a barrage of un-replied emails and several phone calls. At some point, it looked like the designated recruiter (from the company) had no idea what role she was recruiting for as I received an auto-rejection email about the same time I was scheduled for a virtual interview with prospective team members. The interview itself went well and I was informed of the next steps. What followed this was radio silence. I only got an update when I called the recruiter three weeks later and as expected, I wasn't shortlisted for the role. Companies like this need to do better; it is obvious that their recruitment processes are broken. Candidates expend their time and other resources in applying for roles and preparing for interviews.
Multiple rounds - HR, hiring manager, manager of the hiring manager, peers. Korn Ferry leadership assessment. It took me three months to land an offer. It is pretty thorough and highly focus on personality, style, data driven approach
The interview process was smooth and professional. It consisted of three rounds: initial screening, technical, and final interviews. Each round was clear, fair, and helped me showcase my skills effectively.
