When you successful pass the writing interview you will be invited to the oral interview through online by Microsoft team. You will receive invitation link through email 3. They ask you to send referees number 4. Email for the job

About three weeks after the application deadline, I received an invitation to a written sent by email. I had one hour to finish it. Then after few weeks they set up a skype call for a second interview.
