At first they take my written exam on online.after Selection of written exam they invited me for online Skype viva.I face online viva .after that they invited for offer letter.

For the written assessment, there were two questions. I was asked to write a briefing note for a team that is going to visit the US emabassador, detaining three crucial points that need to be communicated to the embassador. The second question asked me to prepare a checklist for orgabizing a training workshop in Malaysia. One and half hours of time was given for the test. After passing the written test, I was invited for an interview.
