I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deloitte in Mar 2016
Interview
the internship was three months and you would be treated as a normal audit associate. you would start learning about auditing and IT for the first two weeks then you would be out to meet clients. It was fun but still demanding with low pay but it really gives you an advantage if you want to pursue a career as a one of the big four. the interview was not that hard (the traditional interview questions) and the staff was very friendly. and the internship is a way of test whether you fit in the firm or not so give it your best effort. then once you finish you would get a contract in most cases.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Lagos) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was a very fair interview. You need to practice very well by asking someone to help prepare you. Give a firm handshake and maintain eye contact. There’s no need to be afraid. After you answer their questions, ask as many questions as you like.
