Easy going and laid back. The process was over the phone and the interview was a video conference. The interviewer asked a couple of questions and offered the position. One of the easiest interviews ever had,

Phone call screening interview with recruiter. Recruiter was positive, pleasant, & professional. Positive experience. They went over my experience, the pay, the hours, they have several shifts. Ultimately, I couldn't move forward due to technical reasons. Discover needs to update the job description. They didn't include in the job ad the technical requirements: they want your computer to plug (with a 20 or 25-foot cord) plug directly into your internet router. My home office is on the 2nd floor of my house, internet router is on my main floor. No way logistically this would work for me. If they would accommodate people with wifi, it would be easier. Job ad needs to be updated to show these detailed internet requirements.
