Interview
Partner was late which gave the impression that it was a laid back environment. However office was really impressive. Interview was casual and relaxed , partner was easy going and asked behavioural questions as well as some techical questions.

For EY Global Delivery Services Gurugram location recruitment drive was held at Jaipur. Their were four rounds starting from written test, HR Round, Technical 1 and Technical 2 round. The process went smoothly even though more than 200 candidates were present.

First there is written interview which has four set of questions to check the analytical knowledge of an individual it contains 40 questions approximately and is conducted in a time frame of one hour.
Next is the HR round wherein one of the HR executives introduces you to what is done in the significant profile
After this follows an operations round which is Generally conducted by an individual who is either a team lead or assistant manager to the Respective service line
