It was digital, like a zoom call. It was one and one and relatively simple, They asked a few questions about leadership and customer service. It was followed by an opening of questions that I had for them.

Think of a time you had to deal with an unhappy customers complaints
The interview process was very well organized. There was a group of 15 other individuals interviewing for the same position. We arrived around 7:30 am and were provided breakfast. We were given a presentation over the company before the interview process began.
I interviewed with 3 individuals over an entire day. Lunch provided as well. Very good interview process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2024
Interview
Interview process was rather simple. It was comprised of a brief phone interview to arrange an in person interview. Now the manager that would have been hiring me was not present, but was meant to be there via online methods. When they didn't show up they informed to to expect a follow up call to talk directly to them. I wait over a week and hear nothing. Not even a rejection email. I try to reach out over the phone then check the portal to see the rejection. This wasn't the best reflection of the company and their hiring process. It seemed very disorganised.
