I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Knoxville, TN) in May 2020
Interview
The interview was in person with a manager and a sales associate. They asked situational questions to gauge the way you would respond in certain situations. The interviewers were nice and active listeners. They also asked about how my personal strengths and weaknesses might affect my ability to perform the job. I asked about workplace culture and both had positive things to say. They emphasized the opportunity for growth within the company.

Interview
It was typical. Not too hard and easy for a student straight out of college. The questions often cover academic background, coursework, internships, projects, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and company culture. It's an opportunity to showcase skills and experiences.

Interview
The initial interview was short and quite personable. The recruiter was nice. The interview was also over Zoom. Pretty standard interview where they make you walk through your resume and ask a few behavioral questions.
