I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Manchester, NH)
Interview
The Interviewer was very pretentious and she was late for the interview. They did not offer me the job and the questions were very rude. I do not recommend interviewing here. I interviewed in 2019

Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews and a phone screening. The zoom interview was pretty standard. Just make sure you’re prepare and do your research about the company. The second interview was a branch visit. The team seemed very nice and welcoming. The tour was very informative. However they may interrogate you and nitpick your resume and your answers. I got the impression that they were looking for a reason not to trust you or a reason not to hire you instead of focusing on your skills and qualifications. Furthermore, many of the questions asked gave me the impression that they have poor work/home balance and boundaries. I felt like they were probing for borderline illegal or inappropriate questions. They were disorganized and I got the impression that they didn’t read my resume prior and were winging it. They changed my interviewee super last minute and didn’t have a copy of my resume or any printed questions. I don’t know if it was an intentional stress interview or if they already picked a candidate. Just be warned either way and I hope you have a better experience.

Interview
very unprofessional, and left me standing around for hours when they were meant to be showing me around as a "branch Visit". Mid-interview manager asked another colleague to bring in his vape and laughed about it. Very unprofessional and did not give a great representation of the company or branch.
