The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jun 2012
Interview
I filled out the application followed by a sample virtual call center test. Two days later I received a call answering a few basic questions and then was scheduled for a second interview. I got the call for the second interview, and it was about 15 minutes of situations and questions on how you handle difficult and upset customers. I was then offered a third interview. The third interview was an in depth version of the second with more questions about my experience with exceeding customer's expectations, etc. I then received an email for a background check release. After employment verification and the background release, I was then hired.

Describe a time you have to deal with a customer making unreasonable demands.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2012
Interview
First there was a phone interview, just to check on your qualifications (and probably your phone voice). After approval I went in for a face to face with the HR staff. Basic questions for a sales position. Third interview was with the area manager. This went well except for the end where I was asked what I would and would not sacrifice for a job. I answered honestly knowing it wasn't what they wanted to hear. It was the first job that I have interviewed for and didn't get, and I felt fine about it. After hearing about the long minimum hours and low pay, I didn't want the job half way through the last interview.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jun 2012
Interview
It first started out with a phone interview which consisted of just basic questions on whether or not you can work in the US, what your degree was in, sales exp, etc. After that we scheduled a 1:1 interview where I interviewed with HR and the questions here were fairly normal. I was basically asked a list of questions that they HR woman had on a piece of paper (behavioral). After that interview I got a call back to go to a 3rd interview with a branch manager. The 3rd interview consisted of a 1 hour observation of the employees working and then a 30min interview with the manager. I didn't feel I had the interviewers full attention because her cell phone kept going off and she was constantly looking over at her computer.
