The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Birmingham, AL) in Sep 2011
Interview
Was called right after I applied online for a phone interview. Shortly after that I had a meeting with the district recruiting manager who was a great guy but tough with the interview. After that I had to wait until the following friday to interview with the district manager who I had heard was a very tough interviewer. After I got done with the interview I was sure that I was going to get the job, but that never happened. That was what I found to be the problem unless you have a perfect interview you probably will not get the job because there is a ton of competition with people interviewing for the same position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2011
Interview
My initial interview was with the recruiter who called me approximately one week after I applied online. The recruiter asked a couple of basic interview questions and checked against the information I had on the application. The recruiter then asked if I would be available for a one one one interview the next day. After the interview with the recruiter she scheduled the interview with the Area Manager. Finally I had an interview with the District Manager. At the end of the interview with the District Manager when he asked if I had any questions I replied, " I have the experpience, education, and desire to do well for Enterprise, will you hire me for the position of Mangagement Trainee?" He laughed and said, "Good question." He then went over the pitfalls of the job, washing cars, customer complaints, long hours, low pay, and asked if I was still interested. I said I was and he then walked me to HR to run the background check.
