I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Greensboro, NC) in Nov 2011
Interview
I am currently in the interview process. After I sent in an online application, the recruiter emailed me and scheduled a phone interview. I have had both a phone interview, which lasted 10-15 minutes, and a 1:1 interview with the recruiter. Both interviews were very professional and pleasant. The recruiter was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The other employees I encountered upon arriving at the interview location were all friendly and helpful. The in-person interview was a good mix of information about the company/training program and behavioral questions. The recruiter told me she would forward my information to the area manager in my city to be scheduled for the next interview. Overall the interview process has been smooth and informative up to this ponit.

Question 1
What is your biggest weakness related to your job?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
First off I read all the comments about this position before even going into the interview. The questions on this site were very helpful in that process. They started the first interview with a phone interview, which went very well. Then they scheduled a second interview, where I had to meet with the recruiter. Yet, when I arrived onsite there was a surprise awaiting me. Instead of having a 1 on 1 interview with the recruiter I had the area manager sit in as well. If you read through most of these reviews you can see that the area and store manager are suppose to be for the 3rd interview, but I guess I was just the unlucky in this circumstance.

Question 1
Lots of situation based question that are already listed on this site.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Oct 2011
Interview
First I applied online. Then a recruiter called me a few days later to ask some pretty basic questions. Questions like: "tell me about yourself," "describe your sales experience," "describe your customer service experience." Then she sent me an e-mail and asked me to come in for a one on one interview. This interview was more in depth. Basically the same subjects but she wanted specific examples. Also, she asked me about 3 or 4 times why I wanted to work for Enterprise. Which, I mean, I didn't really want to work for them but I just graduate college and can't find anything else.
Next they set me up with an interview at the local branch with the regional manager. The first hour I was there I just sat in the office awkwardly while everyone was working and acting like they were too busy to acknowledge my presence. I guess they want you to see how thing operate there. Anyway, I interviewed with the regional manager in his office. He asked pretty much the same questions as the previous interview but a little more in depth. He also told me about his career path and how much he loved working for Enterprise.
In the end, I could tell after the interview that I wasn't going to get the job because of my lack of sales and customer service experience. I don't understand why they think people need a college degree to do this job. I think a more sensible requirement would be 5+ years experience in retail/sales. Those are the people that are going to excel in a position like this. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get the job just for the fact that I've been searching so hard since I graduated but I think I would have disliked the position. I didn't earn my college degree to put people in rental cars - especially to work 48 hours a week for $34,000 a year.
