Enterprise Mobility interview questions

3 step process: first was a 10 minute call with the recruiter, next a 30 minute video chat with the recruiter, and then a formal observation and interview with the branch and regional manager. I felt like the interview went well. I'm currently an operations manager with all sales and customer service experience, so I felt like I was a shoo-in, but no such luck. I clicked really well with the branch manager and staff, but at the end of the day its the regional manager that makes the final call.

Multi-Staged interview with first HR rep, then to area manager. This was my interview process but more interviews could be required. All questions based on the STAR method of situational questioning.
