Several interviews then Covid took place and they couldn’t offer any internships. It seemed very extreme for an internship but I appreciated how serious they were about finding the right fit.
This interview process seemed to drag on for way too long and they were poor at communicating timelines for the next steps in the process. That is my review and thirty words.

The first interview took about 25 mins. Spoke to one person from the branch I applied to. It consisted of basic scenario questions about how to handle conflict and customer service-based questions.
