I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2024
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who gave me a summary of the position and she asked me a few basic interview questions. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview with a branch manager and an area manager. I showed up to the interview early and I killed the interview (in a good way). The area manager and branch manager assured me I would be hearing from the same recruiter to set up the third and final interview. I asked both managers when they asked me if I had any questions multiple questions, but the last question was "Is there any reason that you would not move me forward in the interview process?". I was very confident about the interview and after I asked that question they were very quick to say that I would be moving forward. So, the rest of the week goes by and I don't hear anything from the recruiter. Finally, a week from that interview, I got an email from her saying that they are not going to move forward with me.
