I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2008
Interview
The interview consisted of a brief phone interview, mostly just giving and explaination of the job. Next was an interview with the recruiter in the administrative office. It was mostly asking about my resume and some behavioral questions. After that was an interview in a branch with the branch manager and area manager. More of the same type of questions. The final interview was with the group manager, which was more of a getting to know one another type of thing to see if he got the same good impression as the previous interviewers did and him explaining his history with the company to show how you can be successful and at this interview I was given an offer and accepted. All of the interviews were pretty easy and it was a lot of them trying to sell me on the job.

The nterviwer asked many sales questions, which I was unprepared for because I didnt know it was a sales position and I dont really have experience in that area. When going to an interview with Enterprise, they are looking for individuals who is very friendly, a people person, and has the potential to sell their products. They also asked leadership questions.
