Interview
With preparation for behavioral based interviewing, the interviewing process is no more or less difficult than any other interview. Be confident and talkative (be sure to have something to say) and understand that this job is about selling. That will demonstrate to the interviewer you have what it takes to excel in the company.

Interview
Previously worked for the company as a CSR and even at that entry level position the interview process consisted of a phone screening a phone interview, a group interview and two one-on-one interviews. My original position - co-workers, managers etc. for the most part were exceptional and that is the reason why I decided to apply to the co. again, but this time as a MT -- once again the position requires extensive interviewing in which includes a lot of behavioral and leadership questions. My best advice is to read all of the users example questions, prepare answers before hand and just breathe because in the end they want a real person.
