I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Washington, DC) in Jan 2010
Interview
The position appears to be ideal in that you learn the business aspects of running a company. However, the places you would work are small dirty branches that require long hours and a lot of sacrifice for little gain. With a starting salary of $35,000 it would be hard to pay off student loans and have a comfortable life.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2009
Interview
I first filled out an application on the company website. I was contacted for a 1:1 interview. The interview consisted of first going over my resume. We spoke about my employment history, first talking about my experiences at the job, than the reason for my departure. After this part was completed I was asked situation based behavior questions. Tell me a time where you were faced with a challenge. What decision did you take and what was the outcome. A lot of time was spent discussing my sales background.

Interview
It begins with a brief phone interview, followed by a face to face meeting with a recruiter. After that you meet with a branch manager and an area manager. The final interview is with the regional VP. Long story short is this company is a joke. I made it to the second interview with ease but upon hearing the salary, which breaks down to pretty much minimum wage when you take into account the ridiculous hours (55+), i decided to make sure I didn't waste my time with the third step.
