The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Dec 2009
Interview
There are three interviews involved, all three are 1:1. The first round is with the HR supervisor, second round with a Branch Manager, and third round with an Area Manager.
I will only be describing the first round. You start off with the simplest math/alphabetizing test. The HR supervisor will then ask about your resume and basically is trying to find out whether you fit the ERAC "culture" or not. You should have relevant experience (whether in retail, sales, etc...) where you can talk about how your job was performance driven (meeting last year's figures, target sales per day/week, etc...) and talk about how you like friendly competition. The job seems to be very competitive, with all the Management Trainee's applying for the Assistant Manager position when the time comes. You need to enjoy working with people (obviously) and need to be okay working under stressful and unexpected situations.
Interview was very relaxed and the HR supervisor was very friendly. Not much talk about how much you know about the company or its competitors, just to find out whether you fit their employee culture.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX) in Dec 2007
Interview
Interviews were, at best, shallow. There were three interviews and, I think on retrospect, designed to ensure that you didn't know too much about the company and that you could be easily impressed by talk of the high salaries allegedly earned by many executives.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Wilton, CT) in Nov 2009
Interview
She asked me questions such as how I dealt with a customer conflict before. Make sure you read the webpage and go through the companies values. In turned out that she didnt think I had enough customer service experience. Just get in there and sell your customer service skills according to company's values on thier website. You will be okay.
