Epicor Software Applications Support Analyst interview questions

The interview process had 3 Rounds, 1st one was Technical in this communication and Technical knowledge was tested. 2nd round was the managerial round, This went through fine as well, no technical question was asked. 3rd and final round was the senior Director round, again this round was a non-technical round. Similar repeated questions were asked in this round as well. such as tell me about yourself, your experience, etc. The senior director Hari was rude to talk to and looked like was not interested at all from the beginning of the interview and it looked like he was trying to prove himself right while conversing. I had to wait for 5 days before I got an update that my application was on hold while they were mass hiring for the same position. I was very disappointed.

Interview process was quite clear and transparent in terms of the selection of the candidate. HR explained about the interview process flow on the first day. I had a Versant English test and then there was a technical round and a Manager round on day 1. On an another day I had a discussion with Director about the project and how it works. All in all it was a nice journey.
