Epicor Software Technical Support Analyst interview questions

Interview went on for 30 min. 3 Technical questions on the networking and few other general work related discussion. Response from the HR team and management was really quick and got the letter with in a week.

It took a month to get a offer. I was not told that this job is for voice process. I was hired for a development. 2 Puzzles were given to solve. then questions related to web and internet Html5, Css3, javascript dom tree, Jquery framework, ajax, MySql queries, Server side language GET AND POST, API, all related to web technologies. Was to design a simple web page using animation via jquery. And finally they will dump you into voice process
