Interview
Applied online and few days later had an skype video conference with HR manager.
Call was about 30 mins long to review resume.
No tricky questions, just generic questions.
5 days later got an email telling me there were better candidates (no specific explanation).

Interview
By far, the most professional company and HR process I've ever been through.
First contacted by their HR person in Texas, quick phone interview. Then they set up a skype interview in two weeks time, with someone on the east coast. Went well, very stiff, but standard, traditional interview questions, kind of scripted. Two weeks later had another skype interview with another manager in Texas..He was very pleasant and more personable. Then two weeks later, they invited me to go visit the hiring manager for a face to face. By the time I got to the face to face, I knew someone else had already been hired.. interviewer's body language was CLOSED FOR BUSINESS! I went home, still kind of hopeful, and then contacted my HR recruiter via email a week later. she said that the hiring manager went with another candidate (surprise). I honestly thought i had the job up until I sat in front of the hiring manager with bad body language, that said it all.
I would definitely apply for another position with this company, it was a good experience from the get go, they were polite, prompt and professional.

Interview
Applied online. Had a telephonic interview within a week. Then I had a technical Skype interview with an area manager that went really well. Its been over a month since I have heard from them. I followed up with the assigned recruiter at Expedia through email but go no response. I left a few voicemails still never heard from her. I have the right to know even if I wasn't selected for the next round. So instead of waiting forever, I took up another job offer.
