I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
I got a phone call, followed by the online test. Once I passed both of those tasks, I was given an invite to attend the on-site interview. In that Email there was a booklet on what to expect, I was told that there will be more test, but it turns out that there wasn't any test on the interview day, all the work studying for the test has been wasted.

16.) How do you keep up with issues in the technology industry
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Met FDM Group at a University Career Fair. They got back to me after the career fair letting me know about their Graduate Development Program and I was interested. I then had to do a basic phone screen where they asked if I was interested in the program and asked me some basic behavioral questions. I then had to do a video interview where I answered some more standard behavioral questions. Got an email back saying they wanted me to come in for an Interview Day and I did. Before the Interview Day I had to take a basic 45 minute competency test which was easy. They told me the Interview Day would be a long day of examinations and interviews. I prepared pretty hard for technical and behavioral questions only to arrive there and be told the day would consist of a presentation on the company along with three 5-10 minute interviews. They asked me some easy technical questions, and the 2 other behavioral interviews were also straightforward. Got an offer and rejected it because the salary didn't reflect the effort I put into building my resume and the amount of work I would be doing should I have accepted it. It wasn't hard to get an offer and the behavioral interviews were good practice.
