FDM Group interview questions

phone interview then go to their office have 3 really easy written test on a tablet (easy math and no IT relevance at all) then 3 interviews with the department manager

Applied online. Recruiter emailed me & scheduled a time to call me. We spoke about the unpaid training, relocation flexibility, if i was interested & had any questions. I was forwarded a link after the call for the video interview - it's all strength based, 6 prerecorded questions. Fairly easy, don't be nervous. A week later i got a call to say I passed the interview and will move on to a online maths test - 3days to complete, links provided to revise. 2 days after completion, Got a call to say I progressed to assessment centre for now. Still going to attend. The recruiter was very nice, very kind and tries to be make you as comfortabe. That being said, ask questions! The unpaid training lasts to 14 weeks and is questionable so familarize yourself. But otherwise the company looks great, with great employees :)
