I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Denver, CO) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was called in to be part of a "tour" of the facilities. Was given a tour upon showing up. Was given the job at the end of the tour, contingent on passing a drug screen and background check. Had accepted the contingent-based offer letter, along with background screening consent and other documents, prior to the tour.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Tacoma, WA) in Nov 2017
Interview
You apply online, then get called for an interview. It took only a few days to get a call but they were booked for interviews quite a while out because we were entering peak season. However, a sooner slot opened up and I was called to come in. The hiring manager was very nice and I got hired on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FedEx (Twinsburg, OH) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was given an idea of what the job might look like, pay, benefits and scheduling. It seemed to be fairly informational, not so much an interview. It seems like they have a high turn over rate so they are just looking for more people to fill their spots.
