First thing is to set an appointment to tour the facility and see the operation in action. This is due to the high volume of productivity that is required to perform the job.

They ask to make sure that you can handle the rate of work at the speed that is necessary to maintain the smooth flow of packages from the trailers to the sorting belts

Applied online for a Sort Observation for the next day. Went in & they emailed me within the hour a job application to fill out along with an assessment test. Filled out both as soon as I recieved it. Next day got a call to come in for a interview at 10:45am. She emailed me a consent for background check as soon as I got off the phone. Filled it out & completed it. Went to my interview today. They said I will get a call back. Now just waiting.

Quick, simple questions. Actually the lady who interviewed me said I was over qualified and she started off as a package handler but stuck it out now works in the office.
