I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Durham, NC)
Interview
My interview was on campus at NC State. There was 30 minutes of behavioral and 30 minutes of technical. The technical was very easy, questions about the four principles of OOP and one question about how to search a string for the first duplicate character.
Screen call with recruiter. Then final interview with two hiring managers. First call you go over the role and interviewer asked like 3 easy questions. The second interview are more STAR method style questions. I was "recommended for hire" after the second interview but ultimately rejected a month after the interview. So "recommended for hire" means nothing.
