Consisted of 4-6 one on one interviews with employees ranging from general management actuaries (ASAs and FSAs) to Vice Presidents. It was definitely not the behavioral type grueling questions I was expecting. I also had the chance to go out for lunch with a couple of employees who had been hired in the past couple of years and it was nice to get their perspective of working for the company.
My advice, if you are confident in answering why you are interested in the position, the company, and of your knowledge of the importance of the position in today's economy, that is a big plus. The company seems like it is looking for bright individuals with great communication skills and a drive to excel in the chosen career.
