Easy going, very transparent. Explaining the job description, going over your resume, expectations, etc. Next step was technical questions which went over common windows helpdesk interview questions. Towards the end of the interview you can ask question about the position, company, etc.

Took a month between applying phone interview and interview. Phone interview was about 30 mins and the pre employment screening after that. 60 min interview with hiring managers heard back the next business day
