Interview
Terrible interview experience. The interviewer was late and left early. She gave me an assignment to do and told me to email it to her, but she did not give me her email address. I sent the assignment to the recruiter and never heard back from anyone. It is okay that I did not get the position, but I find it extremely rude to give someone work then ghost them. If felt like they just wanted me to work for free. Do not recommend.
Positive experience working with the team. Enjoyed speaking with everyone and thought it was a good representation of the company. Nothing bad to say about the overall experience. Answered all of my questions about the company.
Only had a phone screen, recruiter was rude regarding my past history which is funny because this is a very entry level position. Told me in order to pass the financial exams I would need to study outside of work, maybe a good opportunity for some but led me to believe work-life balance has more to be desired. Lots of STAR questions during the initial phone screen, seems a little early in the process to dive into those.
