It was pretty straightforward. Phone interview, then two more interviews. Took a bit longer than expected because it was November when it started dot I didn’t get hired until February. The process overall was very smooth and they were very communicative throughout.
I had a very positive interview experience. The process was well organized, transparent, and respectful of my time. Communication was clear at every stage, and interviewers were prepared, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know my skills and experience. I appreciated the thoughtful questions and the opportunity to ask my own, which were answered openly and honestly.
