I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Apr 2007
Interview
HR phone screening interview, several follow up calls on my behalf to determine next steps if any. Eventually had two face to face interviews followed by months of wondering where I stood. Interview was informal, comfortable conversation, asked about my experience and how it relates to the role. The hiring manager carried a bit of an edge but still pleasant. The two interviews were good cop/bad cop style. Asked situational questions and how I would handle such. Told me I had a solid understanding of the role and what success looks like and how to get there.
