I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Three step process. Met with a few different people. Took a long time to complete. Management let you know what they were looking for and took their time getting to know you.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (American Fork, UT) in Apr 2018
Interview
It took about a month, I submitted my resume and cover letter and got an email within a few days with instructions to record a short interview of 7 questions. The questions were very straight forward but it did help to prepare a little first. After completing the recording I got another email in a few days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took about 45 minutes, they went over the position and asked a few follow up questions from the recorded interview. I then took an assessment test: 45 multiple choice questions with a limit of 45 minutes. It was fun, I wished it had more questions. There was another assessment that was not timed directed after completing the timed assessment. They scheduled a time to go over my results. After that, we scheduled a face to face interview with the hiring manager. I am currently out of state so we set up a webcam interview, it lasted about an hour and a half. We went over the job and what would be expected of me, he also asked more questions about my experience and past customer service examples. I was called the next day and offered the job contingent on passing the background check, credit check, employer verification and drug test. It sounds like a lot but they are just incredibly thorough.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever disagreed with a supervisor's instructions, how did you handle it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview process was easy, smooth, and quick. They really want you to be excited about Fidelity and also have some customer service experience. If you don't have any customer service experience or very little customer service experience they may not extend you and offer. Thats what happened to me.
