I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
It took them a long time to respond after I originally applied, but you do eventually hear from them. First you have a phone interview, then they bring you in for a manager interview. Two managers will be in there, and it seems like they play a good cop bad cop, I think that is to see how you respond to a potentially negative customer on the phone.

Question 1
As far as interview questions are concerned, they had standard interview questions like "time you faced a difficult situation at a job" "proudest moment" etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in Jan 2011
Interview
I submitted my application on the web through the company website. I was asked to do one phone interview and one in person person interview. They had two managers asking questions. Mostly situational questions. I had to take a personality test. I didn't know if I was hired or not until I showed up for my report date which was a bit stressful.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Initially emailed about a time for a phone interview. After the phone screening which lasted about 30-45 minutes, I was emailed again about a time to visit the location in Westlake for a in-person interview. The interview started with us as a group where we discussed the company overview and what benefits they offer. Afterward, a pair of hiring managers took us off to interview individually.

Question 1
A question that now seems to be fairly easy after thinking about it for a few minutes that threw me off was. "Tell me about a time where you were blown away by customer service." It was a bit difficult to think of a moment of outstanding service I received, nothing in my mind stood out, think this hurt my overall interview.
