Fidelity Investments Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Thirty minute phone interview regarding past experience, STAR questions, and lots of the main, basic interview questions. The interviewer was pleasant. A simple interview. Some questions about taking the SIE practice exam.

Only had a phone screen, recruiter was rude regarding my past history which is funny because this is a very entry level position. Told me in order to pass the financial exams I would need to study outside of work, maybe a good opportunity for some but led me to believe work-life balance has more to be desired. Lots of STAR questions during the initial phone screen, seems a little early in the process to dive into those.
