Interview
The interview process was quite disturbing. I did not feel comfortable at all. It was enough to make me turn down the position that I was interviewed for because the supervisor was a creep.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2015
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, very straight forward and to the point. The first interview was a national recruiter that called to talk more about the position and why you would want to work for fidelity. The next interview is an actual behavioral question phone interview with a recruiter from Fidelity. If they choose to move along with the process you will be invited to do an in person interview, I interviewed with about 12 other people...after hearing a power-point 2 managers come and interview 2:1, basically the same behavioral questions asked in the second phone interview.

Question 1
How do you study? (Regarding the Series 7 & 63)
What does excellent customer service mean to you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in Apr 2015
Interview
Brief phone interview that was entirely behavioral. Asked to interview in person immediately after and accepted. In-person interview was 2:1 with two managers who asked largely the same questions as the phone interview with a few additions. This interview process is not hard if you come off as sincere or hard-working since the point of the role is essentially to get your Series 7 then handle a lot of the baseline customer service for them which is largely a tedious and arduous process on all fronts.
