Interview
Applied online. got a call from the hr rep in texas. was given a basic description of the job and set up a time for a phone interview. the phone interview was unreal. All behavioral based questions. I would answer them and she said she felt like I wasn't answering her question... ok? she told me to take a day and study behavioral based questions. she called back the next day asking the same questions and me answering the questions what i feel like were very similar to those i gave the day before. she liked them enough to set me up for a face to face interview. The face to face went great. two really great managers interviewed me for a little over an hr. behavioral based questions again. the interview ended with a test which took 30 min or so.
