I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Telephonic, followed by Excel test, followed by two face-to-face. The Interview on phone was kinda jus to know more about you, how you communicate, soon. Excel test is challenging, brush up your concepts before you go. Face2Face was also challenging for me, but do not quite agree with them, as they ask theoretical definitions and slightly complex numerical questions in face-to-face rather than in excel test.

Interview
Hiring Process took about two months, two rounds, which were with 5 people all together. I thought I was doing good and will get an offer for sure because the hiring manager pretended to be interested, however, the week later the HR called me to tell me that they have decided to go with an internal candiate and Fidelity has to promote within rather than bringing people from outside. I was really shoked to hear that because i work full time too and I had to spend my days off to come to the office, not knowing that they have already made a decision to promote someone and they just have to go thru an interview process any way. My advise: do not waste your time because a lot of the positions do not really exist there.....

Interview
The first thing you will notice about trying to get in to Fidelity Investments is that this company operates at snails pace. It took on average 4 months for anyone to contact me after my initial applications for a position that was posted on their web site.\
Next, the incredibly detailed web application process. DO NOT submit your resume with ANY holes in your time line. If you went off the technical path and did something completely unrelated to an IT position, tell them, don't try to blend your working experience or assume that because the experience is unrelated to the position you are applying for you will simply omit this in your time line... They will demand that every month of your career be accounted for.. After the Web forms are filled in and reviewed by security, expect another month or 2 before hearing from anyone. Then expect 3 rounds of interviews each lasting at least 3 hours and each with weeks of delays in between.
