Fidelity Investments interview questions

They began with a 30 minute phone interview, which they ask different questions looking for examples of when you dealt with customers with examples. They were really friendly. After that there was a in person interview at the office where they go over a little bit more about Fidelity and different benefits. They then had someone who works in the position come in so the group could ask questions about what it is like to work there. From there different managers came in and there were two per applicant. They then toured the facility and had the final interview. Again they are looking for examples of when you have dealt with customers and situations on what you would do in different situations. Make sure you stress how important customer service is.

Mostly just chatting. They wanted to make sure I paid attention to what was going on in the world, and that I would fit in at Fidelity. Asked what sectors I would be in right now, and was asked once out of 4 interviews for a stock reccomendation
