I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview process itself was pretty streamline, applied in september, didn't get a response until december. Started off with a casual recruiter screening. Asked for 1 principle of OOP during that call. Then moved onto final interview. Asked a very broad range of topics like dev-ops, git, frontend, backend, coding languages, OOP was a big topic. It's ok to not know some of the topics, the interviewer was very nice about it and would explain things that you didn't know.

Interview
Great interview process. Had 1 recruiter call, about 20 minutes of going over my resume and answering on questions Why Fidelity and Why Me, etc. Recruiter said I got the final tech round interview right on the spot. The final tech round was 45 minutes. No coding questions.
