I applied online and the first step was a phone screening with a recruiter. Second step was the technical interview. Make sure you are familiar with agile development and object oriented programming! You should be able to define OOP principles. I was assigned a simple algorithm to code live while sharing my screen and we ended the interview with a demo of my projects.
