Fluor interview questions

It took a very long time to get from the initial resume to the first interview. It was another couple of months until the second interview. It is a lengthy process. Not very swift. I was interviewed by several people in a round table forum on the 2nd round. It was very intimidating.

Telephone interview- 15 minutes in length the interviewer explained the process and shared information about the position description, company, department then began to explain the sequence of questions and that the interview was a first step before being asked for a 1:1 appointment.with the director and human resources staff member.
