I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fluor (Sugar Land, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
After conducting two rounds of interviews with HR, I was provided the opportunity to interview with both the regional logistics lead and the logistics lead for a large project. This was part of a full day affair; I was escorted around the building to interview with several departments. The interview was rather successful and the usual questions were asked (i.e. How does my previous experience relate). The only concern was that in the conclusion of the interview, I was told I have excellent potential with the company however due to a downturn in work, there were no immediate positions available. Apparently they were looking to meet needs of the "near future". This causes additional concern as to why time was spent from both parties to interview for an unavailable position. Overall the process was a positive experience.

Question 1
How does your previous professional experience relate to the position?
Everyone was very personable and respectful. All of the people I met seemed knowledgeable and respectful. The office was very nice and very large. Overall, I liked the process just not the outcome.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fluor (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2014
Interview
Interview was conducted by a senior engineer and a young HR person. both were very personable and friendly. The questions were all behavioral and pretty easy. Questions were about previous projects and how I dealt with obstacles/problems in them. I also got the opportunity to ask them lots of questions about their company which was useful and interesting for me.

Question 1
One question that kind of stumped me, but wasnt necesarily hard, was something like 'what short term goals have you set to advance in your career as a student/engineer?'
