I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Foundever (Pensacola, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was informative and straight to the point. I didn't have a lot of issues as I was at my computer, like is asked, and was prepared for the interview. They ask you questions, depending on your area and campaign, regarding sales & up-selling products. They let you know up front that you are required to have a stand-alone monitor and internet access in the same room as the computer. The technical portion of the interview is to open two tabs and find the requested information. For example, I had to find the weather in McLean, VA and find a Gordan Ramsey cooking video. They ask if you are comfortable with typing in a fast paced chat room environment. This is due to the fact that you don't have access to a coach like you would at a site. I have worked there previously so they said it could take up to a week due to going through employment history and such.
